DECISION ‘As per the submissions made by the appellant, that the present Second Appeal has been Inadvertently fled by him. However, appellant intends to fle a complaint, under section 18 read with 20 of the RTI Act 2005, to penalize the respondents for providing the false and vague information to the appellant, It is also made cleared by appellant that he does not want any information from the respondents, at this stage. Therefore, he submitted his hand written request dated 13.10.2014, requesting thereby to allow him to withdraw the case with a liberty to him to fle ‘a complaint against respondents, accordingly.2. In view of the position above and in the circumstances of the case, the Commission is of the considered view that there is no legal hitch in acceding to the appellant's request: Thus, the ‘appeliant’s request is hereby acceded to and his second appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
