INFORMATION

The Undersigned Asst. City Prosecutor accuses LADY TREMAINE, ANASTASIA

TREMAINE and DRIZELLA TREMAINE of the crime of Slavery penalized under Article
272 of the Revised Penal Code, committed as follows:
That on or about the 20th day of December 1997 and since that date, in the City of
Makati, Philippines, the above named accused LADY TREMAINE, ANASTACIA
TREMAINE and DRIZELLA TREMAINE, in conspiracy with one another, and by means
of force, threats, intimidation and coercion, did then and there willfully, unlawfully
and knowingly DETAIN for the purpose of ENSLAVING CINDERELLA in their house in
Forbes Park, Makati City which is within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court.
