THE EXPORT BANK PALACE
The Export Bank palace (Terazije, 5) was built from 1921 to 1923 according to the plan by architect Danilo
Vladisavljevi. The contractor was engineer Milo Savi. It is a residential and business building with the basement,
ground floor, mezzanine and five floors. A shopping arcade intersects the ground floor. Starting from the mezzanine, the
building is divided into three parts of which the last one does not exist at present. The building housed business facilities of
the bank, shops and apartments. The faade combines academic approach with elements of the seccession.
