    Though the exact same public records requests was sent to tow other levee authorities and though the request was satisfactory for them, this public records request was deined and not fulfilled by SLFPAE lawyer Bob Lacour. When the requested documents were finally acquited, it was clear why Bob Lacour and Tim Doody did not want this information being found out. When Bob Lacour was finally painted in the corner to provide these documents, he provided public records that had been altered. I could tell because the copies of the exact same documents from the other request were not altered.

    Public records requests should be addressed to the "public body" which
    has custody of the records. See R.S. 44:1(A)(1).
    Furthermore, the law requires the public body to charge a fee based on
    the number of pages of the records.
