Circle Time Review

We will review the usual DOTW and
Weather. I would like to use this time
to review phonics without the Jolly
Phonics flashcards. We will match
numbers to the different letters on
the board to integrate the two
lessons together.

Activity Time
Vocabulary: Circle, triangle, square, rectangle, oval, heart, diamond, star
Sentence Structures:
What is this? It is a circle/triangle
Is it a triangle? yes/No it is a circle
What colour is it?
Play with clay and make shapes with clay and bodies

Phonics
Review
The students need more help with
knowing the letters without the help
of the Jolly Phonics letters. We will
use Mr. Rabbit and a kazoo to
entice the students into paying
attention and getting them
motivated in a silly, fun way.

There are no new letters or sounds. We have already learned all of the Jolly Phonics letters. Now
we are practising recognition.
