such an interesting and exciting period in global history?

Rise of radical political movements such as communism and fascism, amid


the economic and political turmoil after World War I and after the stock
market crash.
Large economic reforms until October 29, 1929 (the stock market crash
that lead to the 1930s great depression)
Television is invented
First movie with a soundtrack, Don Juan
It was the Jazz age
Major literature works such as the Great Gatsby, the Wastelands and Aelita
are published
Marathon dancing and other similar activies become trendy
Scientists, artists, musicians, writers, and sports flourish

The 1920s was a time of celebration, most people wanted to get their lives
back on track and forget about the devastating and tragic war. This is
obviously not the case for people with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
They were a time of dramatic technological change and social reform (some
for better and some for worse) mainly by the American Hoover and Roosevelt
administrations in the United States, Vladamir Lenin and Joseph Stalin in
Russia.

Evolution being taught in schools
Xenophobia (irrational or unreasoned fear of that which is perceived to
be foreign or strange) especially of foreigners
The KKK in the United States (especially southern states)
Bolshevik revolution or the October revolution, creation of the USSR in

1924 death of Vladimir Lenin lead to Stalins rule
