Electronic communication.

Task: Communicate with a pen friend in my own language and in theirs. Use email
to send digital communication to a person, taking into account their situation. I will
be able to describe my pen-friend. I will create a presentation about him/her and
their home/school life. I will also email the following things as an attachment:

• Photograph

• Presentation

I will use the HASN Student Network website to communicate with my foreign
friends, and personalise my profile page.

L2 (16-20)

I made a presentation about myself in English.

L3 (21-26)

I made a version of this presentation in another language. I logged into my email

inbox and read the email from the teacher. I logged into the HASN Student Network
website.

L4 (27-32)

I put pictures and photographs in my presentation, and asked questions to my pen-

friend by email. I answered my pen-friend’s questions. I logged in to the HASN
Student Network website and updated my profile.

L5 (33-38)

I emailed my presentation as an attachment to my pen-friend, as well as a

photograph. I posted a blog entry on the HASN Student Network website. My pen-
friend communicated with me on the site. I customised my HASN Student Network
website page with widgets.

L6 (39-44)

I created a movie about my life using an application like MovieMaker or Premiere

and either emailed it or posted it online for my pen-friend to see. I put my video on
the HASN Student Network website.
