Master-Mind Inc. was started in 2002. Seven


members are behind the origin of the company. All
of them had completed their graduation from
Business Administration and also had a vast
experience. The company first introduced the
product “Master Tea” in 3 regional markets (Dhaka,
Chittagong & Khulna) of Bangladesh.

Mission / Vision
The mission and vision of Master Tea is to market high
quality product at competitive prices that justify
consumers in this fast growing tea market while providing
challenging carrier opportunities for the employees
goals:

Non-financial Goals
oTo retain its present image as the highest quality in which
it competes.
oTo cover markets in all over Bangladesh.
oTo increase the production and distribution capacity to
satisfy future sales while maintaining present quality.
oTo improve product quality through continuous research
and development.

Financial Goals
oTo earn maximum profit.
Points of Difference
Quality issue is the main issue of our “Master Tea”.
We take several steps to maintain our high quality.
These are:

oBig and bulky grain.


oTattered grain.
oFresh tea leaves are collected by expert
worker.
oMoisture is always protected because of air
tied tea bag.
oTea is packed near the garden
o“Master Tea” is excellent in smell and
taste.
