Barangay Programs envision not only to cater the needs of the people living in the community

but to find solutions on how to uplift the lives of the citizens. For the past decades there are so
many barangay projects that were proposed by our barangay officials.

This study will be helpful to the barangay officials of Bakakeng, North Baguio City on how will
they be able to effectively implement their present or future projects through the feedbacks
coming from their own citizens as well as to the residents who will be the beneficiary of the
projects.
It will give the barangay officials an insight on how their projects really affect the lives of the
citizens and hopefully they will gain knowledge on how will they change their approach in
implementing and satisfying the needs of their people.
