We have provided all documents evincing payments from MLB to our respective firms. We
have offered to provide tax documentation received from MLB and used to file our tax
returns. We will continue to work with Mr. Collazos attorney to provide all relevant
documents in compliance with the Courts order. The real question is, what does this have
to do with the criminal allegations against Collazo, namely, that he provided PEDs to
minors. Mr. Collazos attorneys insistence upon focusing on these matters is a smoke
screen intended to detract from the real issues in this case. Tony Boschs credibility has
been tested and proven reliable on numerous occasions. His testimony at Alex Rodriguez
arbitration hearing was corroborated by Alex Rodriguez himself when he was debriefed by
the DEA.
