Accessandparkingwithinthecampusareimportantsecurityandsafetyissues.ForthewellbeingofallmembersoftheISMcom
munity,thoseenteringtheschoolcampusarerequestedtofollowtheproceduresoutlinedbelow.

VehicularAccess

Duringdropoandpickup mes,vehiclesmayenterthroughGates2and3.ThoseenteringthroughGate2shouldproceedto
thedropoareaand,oncethestudenthasalightedorboarded,theyshouldexitviaGate1.ThosevehiclesenteringthroughGate
3mustturnintothecoveredparkingareaandusethedesignateddropoareas.AllvehiclesmustexitthroughGate1.

Alterna vely, vehicles entering through Gate 3 may park in the covered car park. The spaces reserved for parentdriven cars
shouldonlybeusedbythosevehicleswhicharedrivenbyparentsthemselves.Vehiclesinwhichparentsaretraveling,butwhich
aredrivenbyadriver,shouldnotusethesespaces.Rather,theyshouldparkelsewhereinthecoveredparkormakeuseofthe
outsidespacesnexttothepowercenter.

ThepedestriangateislocatedintheperimeterfencemidwaybetweenGate1andGate2.Thereisapavedareabetweenthe
roadandtheperimeterfence,allowingeasyaccesstothegate.

ThepedestriangateissolelyfortheentryofmembersoftheISMCommunityatthebeginningoftheschoolday.Itwillonlybe
openbetween7:00and7:45(8:00to8:45onWednesdays).Duetoparkingrestric onsandintheinterestsofsecurityitwillnotbe
openinthea ernoonforpickups.Duringthe meitisopen,itwillbeunderthesupervisionofmembersoftheISMGuardForce.

Driversshouldstopadjacenttothepavedareaandstudentsshouldalightfromtherightsideoftheirvehicle.Thedrivershould
thenmoveo,clearingthespaceforothervehiclesdroppingostudents.Undernocircumstancesshouldastudentbedropped
ofromtheoutsidelane.Thisisdangerousasthestudentwouldneedtowalkacrossthefrontofanothervehicle.

Driversareremindedthattracregula onsforbidparkingontheroadsaroundISM.Therefore,vehiclesshouldonlybestopping
forthebrief meittakesforastudenttoalight.Driversmustnotwaitforanybodytoreturntothevehicle.

Drivers,helpersandbodyguardsshouldnotbewai ngoncampusforstudentsthroughouttheschoolday.A erdroppingostu

tocomplywiththeregula onwillhavetheiraccessprivilegesuspended.

Onlythosevehiclescarryingparentsorotherpeoplewithbusinesswithintheschoolwillbeallowedtoreturntothecampusbe
fore1:45p.m.

Therearedesignatedareasforunaccompanieddrivers,yayas,helpersandsecurityescortstowaitforparentsandstudents.Unless
specificallyauthorized,theymaynotenteranyotherarea.Intheinterestofsecurity,andtopreventconges onatthepedestrian
entrancestothecoveredparkingarea,parentsarerequestedtoemphasizetotheiremployeestheimportanceofcoopera ngwith
thesecuritystaandremainingintheappropriateareas.

Termina onofEmployment

Intheeventofthetermina onofserviceofafamilyemployee,parentsareaskedtosecuretheformeremployeesISMIDcard
andreturnittotheSecurityoce.Ifthisisnotpossible,itisimportanttattheSecurityOceiss llinformedofthechangeof
circumstances.

Firearms

AllmembersoftheISMcommunityareremindedthatitisstrictlyforbiddenforfirearmstobebroughtontothecampus.Thisin
cludesconcealedweaponscarriedbybodyguardsforcloseprotec on.Anypersonarrivingattheschoolwithafirearmshouldin
formthegateguardandarrangementswillbemadefortheweapontobesafelyandsecurelystoredduringthevisitorsstay.

Oursecurityteamisendeavoringtomaketheschoolassafeandsecureanenvironmentaspossibleforallmembersofourcom
