The motivating factors that influence management of barangay projects and

programs are proven to be Influential according to the perception of most of the


male respondents of this study. This implies that the motivating factors have impact
on the male respondents standards on measuring such. On the other hand the
motivating factors have great impact on the female respondents because the
research shows that such matters are very influential. This means that these
motivating factors have great impact on the management of the barangay projects.
Overall, when residents were grouped according to their Employment Status
(Employed and Unemployed), Educational Attainment (College and High School
Graduate) and Years of Residency (1-3 and 4 or more years) the motivating factors
were perceived to be influential. This implies that these motivating factors have
done an upright job according to the said respondents. Yet additional actions can
also be done by these motivating factors so that they can greatly influence the
management of barangay projects and programs.
