The Preferential Corporate Rates are applicable for Corporate FITS only. These rates are not applicable for bulk/ group/ conference (more than 10 rooms) bockings, rates for which would bbe separately negotiated on request and would be limited to that stay only. Room bookings received through a travel agent shall not be entitled to the Preferential Corporate Rates, Travel implants at corperate houses are exempt from this clause. These travel implants may make reservations at the existing Preferential Corporate Rate for the corporate house they represent. Fortune Hotels reserves the right to withdraw the Pre‘erential Corporate Rates with prior written notice to Tata Services Limited. = No booking being received from your company for a period of three months will result in the Preferential Corporate Rates being automatically rescinded Guarante Confirmation of room reservations made by your Company to avail the Preferential Corporate Rates will be subject to the provision of credit card & details of your executive/ resident guest, encompassing: name, card number, type of card and date of expiry o a prepayment of one night’s accommodation charge by cash or demand draft at the hotel(s). The hotel reserves the Fight to release any non-guaranteed reservations, without notice. In the absence of the foregoing and without prejudice to your/concerned affliated entity's obligation to settle all bills pursuant to any such stay, rooms will thereafter be provided subject to availability at prevailing Best Available Rates (BAR). Retention: 4provided that the cancellation is made prior to 12.00 noon hotel time, 48 hours, before the date of check-in. The Agreement clarifies that all the invoices shall be settled by Tata Services or the concemed Affiliated Entity, as the case may be and that Tata Services shall not be liable for the payment of invoices raised in the name of the Affiliated Entity. 18, Fortune Hotels shall provice 2 monthly productivity and savings report company and location wise, to Tata Services, 19. Ethicel Standards: Acceptance/ execution of this contract shall be deemed to be (a) a confirmation by the orgenization/ guest that no benefit, either in cash or in kind, has been provided by the organization/ guest to any officer or employee, or any relative/ associate of any officer or employee, of the Hotel(s) or of any of its associate companies, in order to secure this, contract, and (b) an undertaking by the orgenization/ guest not to provide any benef, either in cash or kind, to any such officer/ employee/ relativey associate as reward or consideration either for securing this contract or any other matter relating to this contract. 20. Non-exclusivity - The parties are entering into this contract on non-exclusive basis and are free to enter into similar contracts with any other firm / corporate / body corporate, in future, including during the term of this contract. 21, Termination - Either party shall fhave the right to terminate this contract without assigning any reason whatsoever, by serving a written notice of thirty (20) days on the other party. 22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction - This contract shall be construed in accordance with laws of India. Any dispute or difference arising between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive Jurisdiction of the Courts of Mumbai.
