014.0 SUMMARY COMMENTS: (Addresses student's clinical competence)

At this time Megan shows all the skills necessary to be an entry level school therapist. She collaborates well with all of the
educational team. Megan creates student centered interventions and is able to adjust to all skill levels. She is able to change
her intervention quickly to adjust for behavior or other outside factors. Megan's ability to manage group behavior has greatly
improved. She has a natural ability to read a situation and anticipate what is going to happen or how much help to give.
Megan is able to complete an evaluation and make a decision with the educational team about services and intervention
plans. She is able to create a student centered intervention plan for herself or for the COTA. We would highly consider hiring
her here at Battle Ground if she applied for a job. Megan has been easy and great to work with. All of the students will miss
her.
"My interaction with Megan has been great. She has offered ideas and we have definitely worked collaboratively together. I
have always felt very respected by her and comfortable around her. It is wonderful to have her enthusiasm to be around and
the kids adore her!!! She seems to absolutely love Occupational Therapy like we do she's one of us!"
Jan Davis, COTA
"Megan does a great job of presenting information. She is able to give the relevant information in a clear and precise manner.
Megan does a great job of setting up the environment to help the students learn best, and is able to see when help is needed."
Terry Allen, PT
