FFPS Digital Printer Instructions

1. Once the file is on the flash drive, take it over to the PC computer in the digital lab. Drag your file from your
flash drive into the FFPS shortcut.

2. Now the file is in the printer queue. You should see your file on the printer monitor in the section called HELD
BY QUEUE. Right click the file and select properties.
3. Now a dialog box should appear. In the first tab in the dialog box called SETTINGS, click on the section titled
PAGES / FORMAT. Make sure PRINT ALL PAGES is clicked. Apply these changes by hitting APPLY at the
bottom of the page.

4. Now click on the second tab up above called STOCK. Click the section SIZE / COLOR and make sure the
size is 8.5 X 11 (US letter). Click apply

5. Click TYPE / WEIGHT underneath SIZE / COLOR and make sure that the weight is set to 176 gsm. Click
apply.

6. Then, click COATING underneath TYPE / WEIGHT and make sure it is set to UNCOATED. Click apply.
7. In the third tab above, click OUTPUT. Then, click the first section called BASIC SETTINGS. Make sure that 2
SIDED is selected. Click apply.
8. Now exit out of the dialog box. Then, click on the icon titled PAPER TRAY.

9. Another dialog box should appear. Make sure to click the option for US LETTER 8.5 X 11 PLAIN 176 gsm
UNCOATED. Close out of the box.

10. Finally, right click on your file in the queue. Select RELEASE in the menu.
