FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Pinnacle Security Seeks Additional Information to Help

Florissant, MO Police Department Resolve Complaints

Company Concerned About Reports of Complaints; Seeks Specific Information to

Further Investigate

OREM, UTMay 29, 2012Pinnacle Security, a leader in the residential security
industry, was notified last week of concerns from the Florissant Police Department
regarding complaints about alarm sales representatives tactics attributed to
Pinnacle representatives. Immediately, Pinnacle Security regional manager, Cort
Reynolds, responded with an in-person visit to the police department to discover
specifics of the complaints that would allow Pinnacle to conduct its own thorough
investigation.

So far, the police department and now the mayors office have declined to share
details that would enable a proper investigation. The company continues to seek
that information to complete the investigation and clear the incident.

The home security industry works in concert with police departments to help
individuals protect their homes and families. In fact, homes with security systems
have a much reduced rate of burglary than homes that do not, said Stuart Dean, VP
of Communications for Pinnacle Security. We respect and honor the job they have
to do and need their assistance in discovering what may or may not have transpired
in this area.

Continued Dean, We keep very detailed records including recording welcome calls
with new contracts and we need the right information to complete our internal
investigation. If there are representatives behaving in the way the police
department has stated, they are in violation of their agreement and are subject to a
number of actions. But if they have done nothing wrong, and are victims of
circumstance, we would like to know that too.

Over the past three years, Pinnacle has incentivized its system very carefully so
representatives are only compensated if their behavior is in compliance with
Pinnacles stringent Code of Conduct. In fact, representatives are blocked from

entering new contracts if they are not licensed or not in good standing, so the
company was surprised to hear of new complaints.

In order to protect our customers and potential customers from any aggressive
behavior, Pinnacle has put in place the following measures.
1) A stringent code of conduct that representatives agree to and are bound and
financially responsible to adhere to
2) Technologies that only allow licensed representatives in good standing to
enter sales and receive commissions
3) Welcome calls with new customers to ensure they understand the length of
the contract, the amount of the contract and the company they are obligated
to in addition to ensuring the customer has no other contracts with any other
residential alarm companies

Pinnacle has taken extraordinary measures over the last few years to ensure that
issues associated with the industry are properly mitigated. They respond faster than
any other company in their industry to customer concerns. With rising numbers and
a falling number of complaints, their customer satisfaction has significantly
increased since 2009. Growth is not incorporated in the elements of the BBB rating
system, leaving Pinnacles improvement unrecognized by their BBB grade.
