Summary

The Quarters LLC Company was bond at

Riyadh in Saudi Arabia. We opened the food
business in Saudi Arabia and Jewelry business at
Vilnius in Lithuania. Our first business is a food
store (FOODLAND). We choose the organic
product or a product that have less chemical
such as vegetable and fruit in our store. Our
store want to make people healthy and safe
went they consume our product. We can make a lot of profit in this store
and we have plan to develop the store to be better and make more profit,
but under control of quality of food.
The jewelry store, we expanded my business to Vilnius in Lithuania
(H&N and Skylight store). These stores sell a technology and jewelry such
as DSLR camera, T.V., computer, Diamond ring or Diamond watch etc.
These stores are the most modern store in the local area. A ton of people
come to the stores every day, most of the people come to by the
technology product, but a few of costumer come directly to buy jewelry
such as diamond ring and watch including some cloth. Our company
decides to make most worth to product to the costumer, but we can make
a profit. We also decide to expand the size of store to support a costumer
in future.
Therefore all of the stores are successful, but before we succeed we
need to face and handle with the barrier. We expanded the store at
Havana in Cuba. This store also sells the technology and jewelry such as
DSLR camera, T.V., computer, Diamond ring or Diamond watch etc. like
H&N and Skylight store. Unfortunately TumTanRong cannot make a much
profit to our business, we decide to shut down the store because it can
make a lot of expend to our company. Then we need to cut it out from our
company to reducing the expense.

Revenues

In our revenues the company can continue increasing the revenues

during the year. If you look carefully to the chart some part of the chart
are drop between 2/Dec/40 - 2/Jan/41 because of the economic crisis. So
we can handle with the problem and back to normal conditions. An
overview of the chart is good. If you look deeply we can increase the
revenues about 6 million dollar in one year, so the average is 500,000
dollar per month.

Expenses

In our expense
you can see that the overview of the chart is like the triangle shape that
means our company has a lot of expenses, but at the end of the year our
company has less expense. So that conforms to our company goal Buy
low sell high, you can the contrast of expense between 2/Apr/40 to
2/Apr/41 is about 700,000 dollar, but we still increasing the revenues.
From this situation mean we can receive more profit to our company.

In the quarter 1 and quarter 2 we cannot make much profit some

part of the chart are minus. In quarter 1 and quarter 2 we cannot make
much profit because we just establish the company, we have to invest by
purchase the supply, create the office and building. That why in first and
second quarter we cannot gain much profit. In the second last quarter the
company has can focus correctly to product that costumer want, so our
company has more divisibly and make more profit to us.

Value per share

In our value per share of our company, we can continue increasing

the value of share until 2/Dec/40 our share price was drop, so in the short
period of time we can bring the value of the share back to normal
conditions. In our value of share you can see that the in one year
(2/Apr/40-2/Apr/41) we can increase about 200 dollars per share, and the
value of share still increasing.
