NZ VISA PROCESS

The NZ Visa process is very time consuming. Requirement for VISA application process.
1. Medical check-up for PhD Student and his/her spouse, need to download Form

2. While his/her child only needs Form 1007. (checked from the website the Kliniks
address) Need to submit 3 passport-sized photos each for PhD Student and his /her
spouse while your son only needs to submit 2 photos
3. Certificate of Good Conduct for both hand PhD Student and his/her spouse, only The

After he has completed the on-line application for Certificate of Good

Conduct [CGC], its needed to submit the recommended supporting

documents [2passport-sized photographs, 2 certified copies of
identification card (front and back pages), 2 certified copies of
passport (front and back pages)], a processing fee (the amount is
subject to update & would be listed on the completed on-line form)]

4. Certification of the Identification card & Passport can be done by Commissioner of

Oath. Applicant need to wait till MFA send notification to collect the CGC
5. Financial Affidavit letter from Sponsor [if sponsor can sign

6. Regarding the fees, they are as follows Student Visa (PhD Student) fee SGD 281;
Work visa fee SGD 281, Visitor visa fee SGD 172 plus theres also VAC service fee
of SGD 36 per person (please refer VAC website). They advised that its more
convenient to use the credit card than bank draft since if the courier is from
Singapore or Thailand visa fee, they will only deduct the courier fee after they have
approved the respective visa [the courier fee is around SGD 20-SGD 25]

 Original passports [for applicant and his/her family including spouse and
children] and Auckland offer letter. As for the various application forms
