EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE

WITH CONTRACT TO SELL

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This AGREEMENT made and entered into this 16 th day of
February, 2014 in Davao City, by and among:

ABC, of legal age, widow, and a

resident of, Matina Davao City;

DEF , of legal age, single, and a

resident Matina Davao City;
And

HIJ, of legal age, Filipino, married ,

and a resident of Matina, Davao City;

WITNESSETH, THAT:
WHEREAS:
1. We are the sole heirs of the deceased XYZ, who died on May 17,
2014, at Brokenshire Hospital; A copy of her death certificate is
hereto attached as ANNEX B;
2. The deceased XYZ died intestate, without Will or Testament, and
without any outstanding debts in favor of any person or entity;

3. XYZ is the absolute and registered owner of a parcel of land

located at Barrio of Matina, Davao City covered by Transfer
Certificate of Title No. T-12344, of the Register of Deeds of Davao
City containing an area of 216 square meters more or less. A copy
of the title is herein attached as ANNEX C and shall form an
integral part hereof;
4. Pursuant to Rule 74, Sec. 1 of the Revised Rules of Court of the
Philippines, and being with full capacity to contract, we do hereby
adjudicate unto ourselves the parcel of land described above, in
equal shares;
