How do I connect my iPad to Uni wireless?

The screenshots in this guide were taken from an iPad Wi-Fi or iPad Wi-Fi + 3G (iOS 3 or higher)

1. Setup connection

From the Home screen, Tap Settings

Tap Wi-Fi

Ensure Wi-Fi is ON

Tap eduroam or resnet

2. Authentication

Type in your University username@abdn.ac.uk

and University Password

Tap Join

Wait for the Certificate prompt to be displayed

Tap Accept to accept the certificate

when you are off campus, for example to access electronic resources such as some e-books and e-journals.
