that the Capital Gain Tax Return paid to the Land Bank of the Philippines
(LBP)-TMC Branch was posted and appeared to the TIN No. 207-509-703 of
Seller, Amie L. Ursabia and the Documentary Stamp 2000-OT paid in favor
to TIN No. 176-458-829 under the name of Maria Celia Lorenzo.
This request is for personal reference and verification purposes of the
Tax Payers.
