BREAKFAST: the most


important meal of the day!

DAIRY: Dairy builds strong


bones. Aim for 3-4 cups of
low-fat or fat-free dairy a
day

VEGGIES: Vegetables have


antioxiants that keep you
healthy,aim for 3 cups a
day
