Kindergarten Informance

Save the Date!

Dear Kindergarten Families and Friends,
The Kindergarteners have been busy this school year singing, chanting, playing
instruments, and dancing in the music classroom! During the week of April 27th, your
childs music class will be giving an informance and we would love for you to come!
What is an informance?
An informance is an informative and informal way for our students to share their musicmaking. All informances will take place in the music classroom and will give parents a
chance to experience a typical music class with their child. During the class we will be
performing songs, chants, and movement activities to showcase the skills and concepts
we have developed over the course of the year. Parents and friends will be able to
participate with us in class and will leave with a better understanding of how our students
learn music. We hope you will join us for this fun, informative and musical experience!
