Research of topic:
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and
relaxation that also promotes spiritual healing. It is based on
the idea that an unseen Universial life force energy" flows
through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life
force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or
feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being
happy and healthy. Reki is made up of two japaneese words.
Rei which means Gods wizdarm or a higher power and Ki
which is life force energy. Together this means Spiritually
guided life force energy

Reflexology is a a system of massage used to relieve

tension and treat illness, based on the theory that there are
reflex points on the feet, hands, and head linked to every
part of the body. Reflexology can help all known illnesses
known. Reflexology has been practised in some form for
thousands of years, indeed the first solid proof is to be found
on a pictograph painted on an Egyptian tomb dated between
2500 2330 BC. The next evidence is a lot younger, in the
form of a book written by two physicians called Dr Adamus
and Dr Atitis on zone therapy in 1582. Another picture shows
the practice in China, dated 1870

Shamanism is the most ancient form of healing,

practiced by humans world wide. Through a change in
consciousness, Shamans enter non ordinary reality to
request healing and advice from compassionate
animals, humans and other spirits. Spiritual healing is
complementary to modern medicine, therapy and
training.

Key Facts:
Anyone can have reiki , reflexology and shamanic healing. Each are
not attached to any religious belief system.
All these These therapies have helped people with everyday to life
threatening illnesses.

getting better , feeling spirality lifted.

Areas of concern:
The main concern is ignartont people not wanting to try it as they

don't believe in it. Many of these people refuse to have a free taster
session.
