Goals
1

My first goal is to become more aware with the common core and its learning
standards.
a My action plan to achieve this goal is to investigate and learn the

common core standards.

I will familiarize myself with these standards and attempt to

incorporate them into my lesson plans.

My second goal is to learn how to correctly handle behavior conflicts the
moment it arises.
a My action plan for achieving this goal is to continue to learn
interventions and strategies for behavior management and problem
solving and to gain more hands-on experience with managing behavior

conflicts.
I will take action immediately when a conflict arises in the classroom
and solve any behavior conflicts that arise by using behavior
management strategies in order to resolve conflicts swiftly and

maintain a healthy learning environment for the class as a whole.

My third is to gain more experience working with students who have
disabilities while in the classroom, and how to incorporate changes in lessons
so those students can participate as part of the class as well.
a My action plan for achieving this goal is to gain more experience
working individually with students who have disabilities so that I can
observe and learn different teaching strategies for special education

students.
I will also learn how to modify my lesson plans so that all the students
in the classroom can participate in activities and comprehend the
learning objectives.
