: Incidental to the Lawfull Arrest (Viol of R.A. 9165) and BP 6

1. Reference: Standard Operating Procedure.
2. Please be informed that on or about 7:20 in the evening of this date January 25, 2015
a telephone call received from T.A.W.A.G. Linamon informing this office that one
JIMMY LUMACANG y BABATUAN, 35 years old, married and a resident of Purok 8,
Barangay Poblacion, Linamon, Lanao del Norte was apprehended by Barangay
Kagawad Robert Delos Reyes Picardal.
3. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that around 7:10 in the evening of January 25,
2015, Barangay Kagawad Robert Delos Reyes Picardal caught Jimmy Lumacang in
the act of peeping thru the window of his 21 year-old daughter at the back of their
house. When he confronted the suspect, the latter tried to stab him twice but he was
able to parry the attack and eventually subdued the suspect with the help of his 20year old son. The suspect was then turned over to the responding elements of
Linamon MPS.
4. During the body search conducted around 7:30 in the evening of this date January 25,
2015 by PO3 Luigi Baniga Mueco in this station in front of Brgy Kagawad Robert
Picardal, confiscated from suspects possession and control three (3) heat sealed
transparent sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu, eight
(8) pcs small folded rectangular aluminum foils and batangas knife. Suspect is now in
custody for filing of appropriate charges.
5. The recovered heat sealed transparent sachets containing white crystalline substance
believed to be shabu was brought to PNP crime lab, Tipanoy, Iligan City for
examination. Drug test was likewise conducted to the suspect and if found positive,
Inquest case for Violation of R.A. 9165 will be filed against him.
