A RESOLUTION DESIGNTAING PRODUCERS BANK OF SAN MATEO, ISABELA
BRANCH AS DEPOSITORY BANK AND THE PRESIDENT AND VICE PRESIDENT
SIGNATORIES OF DARSAPTODA.
WHEREAS, The Board of Directors of DARSAPTODA decided to designate Producers Bank to
be the depository bank of DARSAPTODA and the newly authorized signatories were:
MR. DOMINADOR BASCO
MR. EDIMAR RESPICIO

WHEREAS, for every withdrawal of fund to be made by the association it will be covered or
approved thru a Board resolution;
NOW THEREFORE, on anonymous accord of the body, it was;
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved a resolution changing or amending the official signatories
of DARSAPTODA from MR. LOPITO MATIAS to MR. DOMINADOR BASCO newly
elected PRESIDENT and MR. EDIMAR RESPICIO newly elected VICE PRESIDENT
of the organization.
RESOLVE FINALLY that copies of this resolution be furnished to the office of the manager of
the Producers Bank of San Mateo Branch for this information and guidance.
UNANIMOUSLY APPROVE THIS 8th DAY OF JANUARY 2015
