8. Vitamin B was essential to my diet because is helps to


breakdown food and we need this nutrient because its function is
to make more blood cells and for energy production. Vitamin C
was essential in my diet because it helps form my body and this
nutrient is needed because it maintains connective tissue, bones,
blood vessels, and skin.
9. I believe I should have ate more fruits and vegetables because it
would have gave me more vitamin C which I need, especially
since it forms my body.

Five goals I have for myself is to exercise more, eat
healthier, go out on a walk each day after school, and hangout
more with friends.
