- Analysis of Francesca Woodman

- Analysis of 3 selected photographers

Excellent work. Well done. Both the practical and

analytical work show great understanding of the
process and the Artist. I like how you have written the
technique so clearly.

Ao2
Explanation of techniques. Annotations of WWW and EBI.
Progress from 1st to 2nd response.
- Levitation
- Zoom blur
- Movement of a figure
- Light painting

You have explained the techniques using all the

camera setting that shows me your understanding.
Good progression from 1st to 2nd response. Do you
have a tripod? This would help to control your
techniques more for light painting and create even
more creative responses. Good work and
presentation, please be consistent in your heading:
1st response/ 2nd response / artist analysis /
technique etc

Ao3
Quality of the photographs taken:
- Application of technique
- Composition
- Other success criteria (e.g. Amount of photos)

The compositions are developing well and the

subject has been recorded well in a suitable location.
For future photos, aim to refine your compositions
and avoid unnecessary objects or background
appearing in your photos. Keep the shots clean and
simple, use a blank wall as a backdrop where
relevant.

Ao4
Final response:
- Present 6 selected photographs
- Evaluation of WWW, EBI. Why did you choose your 6
selected photo

You final images work well but to improve them you

need to refine the composition. Have the subject in
the centre of the image and continue to use outdoor
locations. The photos in Coldfall Wood work well,
why not try using a tripod for night photos outside
(back garden / MH Broadway)

Final Comment: Keep working hard, aim for A or T+. Be creative and think about your photography locations and ask
people or family for their opinion of what when well when doing your homework photo shoots.
