Introduction

This report describes the use of the LT-Spice program, and how this program can be
used to analyze circuits.

Procedure

Open LT-Spice

Run analysis

Create a new schematic

Add circuit elements such that the circuit created resembles problem 2.79
from the text book (figure 1)
Acquire results
Check results by working out problem by hand

Results

Discussion and Conclusion

As you can see from the results Vab = 28V and the current I1 = -.002 or 2mA in the
opposite direction. These results match the results for the work done by hand. This
assignment helped to introduce this program, and its many benefits. This program
is a very helpful tool to solve simple circuits and check worked out problems in the
book.
