These are the 4 main matching strategies

1. Our Eps or EP managers are looking for
opportunities to Match

2. The Opportunity manager (TN manager), is looking

for Eps to match

3. The MC creates National Projects to Match EPs Faster

Example:

4. LCs that deliver more than 10 oGIP, create LC to LC

partnerships for their Eps.

1. EP or EP manager looking for TNs

1. EPM Looks opportunities for the EPs so they can apply.
2. EP looks himself for opportunities
3. VP sends out recommended TNs by the MC
4. Talking to other EPs to see what they applied to
5. EPM post information in facebook groups here: click
6. Use Search tools!!! CLICK
7. prepare EPs with motivation letter and resume and interview (on the oGIP hub under
matching)
8. add photo on EXPA for EPs (that makes them look more professional)
9. comment on EXPA profile of EPs about what they want
10. email after applying (everytime)
11. EP socials to keep them engaged and apply to internships together.
12. use pdf of fluid review application to send to TN Managers

Hosting LC to EP
1. update Available Forms Tracker CLICK (All countries have access to
this google doc, so if you want your EPs to be available just add them
there.
2. Make photos on Facebook groups as ads for EP
3. create an LC searchtool to send to key countries
4. video/movie of all teaching EPs on why they want to teach english
and showcase their english speaking abilities

LC to LC cooperations
1. Look for Search tools of key countries
2. Send CVs of your EPs to key LCs
3. special guest at events through Skype
4. create small communication group on whats app
meet with LC 1st at international conferences
5. Ask for booklets and information of their cities to
convince EPs

National Projects
1. Events specialized in those countries
2. Use CEEDers and have constant communication with
them
3. Matching Manias
4. Ads around campus
5. Follow the national timelines.

After the LC interviews the applicants that apply through
fluid review, ask the accepted Eps to fill out this form:

And 2 days after the CEEDer will get an interview with the
TN taker.
