March 26, 2015
Submit check for fees to Mrs. Hill. Mrs. Hill will sign and date your form to indicate payment.
You keep the receipt.
The cost is $91.00 per exam. If you have free or reduced lunch, the cost is $53.00 per exam.
Checks need to be made payable to Patrick F. Taylor Academy.
