NC Guide/NC Guide Pro software

Fanuc CNC simulation software which works on the PC and useful for the training
the operators and maintenance engineers with out having the dedicated machine or
controller
The software enables selection of machine configurations depending on the
requirement like lathe, machining center with horizontal / vertical type, even
compound machine application.

This software provides realistic simulation of CNC which can be used for the
training of operators and maintenance engineers. Part program can be created
tested and check for the errors and corrected with out any damage to the man and
machine. Manual guide I enables conversational programming for the operators
and 3D simulation of the finished component
The software can be used as developmental tool for the designers to create
customized screens and PMC offline simulation and testing. No need of dedicated
hardware and now you can have the FS0i-D/FS30i system on the PC itself

PMC Simulation for Trouble shooting:
NC guide Pro supports the maintenance training on the following
Trouble shooting with the diagnostics pages
Trouble shooting with operational and message history pages
Trouble shooting with PMC I/O pages
PMC ladder interface and display and online monitoring
Practice using the FANUC FLADDER III and upload and download of
PMC program and display real time status
Practice trouble shooting using the manual I/O panel or machine I/O signal
simulator

PMC Simulation for Development:

Create and load the PMC program to the Simulators and debug
Machine conditions can be simulated by using the machine I/O simulators
panel
Use of online edit of CNC simulator to edit and modify the PMC program
Use of the online ladder screen for the debugging and trace function for the
signal monitoring
Forcing of signals is possible and check the sequence program flow in the
simulation

lock key.

NC Guide Academic Package:

NC Guide Academic version is appropriate for the educational institutes and the
training centers for the training of CNC operators with basic functions.
The CNC Simulation function and MANUAL GUIDE I simulation function can
be used with this package.
The package is available with Class room and Homework version
1) Class Room Package:
The class room session with NC Guide simulation on the Multi PC network
on connected to server through LAN
a. 1 Network license key
b. License key connected with network server
c. NC Guide can be used by PC which connected to server through
LAN
d. NC guide can be used by maximum of 16 user at a time in the LAN
e. No expiration for the license
2) Home Work Package:
The NC guide can be used on the PC which not connected to server in the
class room and also the students can use it for the study at home
a. 1 license key for individual PC
b. The license will expire in one year
c. Suitable to distribute the license for new students every year
