Inquiring and analyzing:
1.how can I use functions on spreadsheets?
People can use the formula to do it in the spreadsheet (/,*,=,+,-)
this symbol help you do the calculator in the excel.
2. What is the different between formula and function on a
spreadsheet?
Formula is a thing that people can use it to calculator. Formula can
be complex and simple that users want. It can contain the value and
references to cell.
Function is a code that is designed to be used in formulas and to
calculate.
Function is a built-in operation. Example: SUM ( ) AVERAGE ( ).
3.how are spreadsheets useful in the business world?
Spreadsheets are useful. Spreadsheet can keep a lot information.
Also it can calculate the number that you put. Its can make the data
and charts.
You could record the data in the spreadsheet. Thats helps you to
organize or reminds you when you forgot.
4.how do spreadsheet help with decision-making?
By using spreadsheets, they can plan and make example easier and
they can change decisions very easily.
5.How can spreadsheets help with planning?
It mange your data, helping to keep it organized. It is available to
analyze the data, performing complex calculate. People can use
formula and function in the spreadsheet. It is helpful.

It has been for 25 years.

Everyone uses spreadsheets. Like engineer, scientist, businessman,
designer.

It is so obvious that people

can see the actually places
that you are going. It has so
many videos to introduce. But
it only have the video is not
very detail for the client to
see and to know more.

The good thing is the image

can remind the client what to
bring during the holiday. The
bad thing
is for this image it didnt
really show the places.

Design spec:
1.create the thing link of the places where my client is going.
2. the pictures of layout has to be clear
3.the picture that I put on the thing link it should be on the place
that I would go.
4.the sketch of my clients holiday, it has to be easy to understand
and clear.

6. the size of picture is enough for me to put many things on.

It is clear. Icon is label on
the places that my client is
going. It shows the map
and image. It is more
clearly. The picture is
related to my topic that is
Silk Road.

Final choice:
I am going to choice the second itinerary. Because it more
appropriate for my client to see. It has same as my design spec. And
my client also likes to travel in the Silk Road. This itinerary is clear
to see where to go. It labels all the places that my client has to go.
Design brief:
I would choose the Silk Road where in china. This road has a long
history. I would choose some places to see that during pass the Silk
Road. For some places, people only can stay one day. The holiday is
not enough longer. The journal start form Lanzhou to Sinking. It
would spend 2000$ and I exchange to Chinese currency it is 12000
Yuan. For the hotel I would reserve on the website that is the hotel
reserved website.

Design brief:
I am going to choice the Tibet where is located in china. This is in
the west south of china. There is a famous building that called
Potala palace. The evaluation is higher than the normal land. I am
going to send my client to Tibet. And the famous places in the Tibet.
Before my client goes to china I would change the money first that
is 1200Yuan. My client is going to take the airplane to there.
Criterion C:
Plan:
1.use the thing link to create my product.
2.uses excel to make two itineraries.
3.research the city and places that my client is going.
4.find the images that related to my topic
5.find the website that introduce the places
6. Put the video on the thing link
7.list the activities and places my client is gong to play and
visit

The changes between original design and my created product:

I have changed my thing link. Actually I only put the image on the
thing link, but when I give my client to see is not that good. So I put
the website and video. Make it more detail. For the schedules I was

try to figure out the hotel. Because cant rest in the hotel before 12
oclock. Then I change the time for the hotel. For the break time, I
changed to free activities. That my client can do every thing that
she wants.
Criterion D:
My product is helping my client easy to know she is going to do for
everyday. And to know the places she is going to visit. And the
website in the thing link is help my client to get more detail. The
thing link helps my client get more interested about the holiday trip.
The schedule can remind my client when she forgot. And she
doesnt have to think about where she is going.

Feedback:
My client thinks I should check the hotel when she was in the place
that she is going to. After the dinner she doesnt want to go back to
the hotel that early. And she was asked me to check the money that
spends on the transport. Cause I only counted the money of
airplane.
Improvements:
1.The time to visit the places is so crowded.
2.Need more interesting activities.
3.The money for the transports I need to collect how much my client
is going to spend.
4.Figure out the time that my client can rest in the hotel.
Those four improvements would make my product better because
my client on trip is going to visit so many places but she has less

activity. Its not going to be very excited. And for the each she has
to visit three or two places, time is to tight. And she wouldnt have
enough time take a break. So I have to figure that out. Also for the
hotel I have to check in time. Cause the hotel didnt let people to
check in before 12 oclock. I have to improve those things then my
product would be better.
