To whom it may concer,
I write to recommend Kaylei Edwards as a candidate for teaching positions within your schoo!
system. She is an extraordinary young woman who has made many contributions within her
community of Tallmadge, Ohio and is now ready to make an impact on the lives of students as
an educator.
Thave known Kaylei for more than a decade. She is one of the most hard-working individuals I
have ever met. Her dedication to an effort can best be exemplified by her taking on leadership
roles in cheerleading, gymnastics, and within a multitude of student groups at her alma mater.
Without fail, she set the standard for student participation in these activities and approached her
work with energy, enthusiasm, and an unrelenting positive attitude. People respond to her
leadership.
Kaylei’s personality is well suited for teaching. She is articulate, friendly, yet always
professional, Students will look forward to seeing her each day and, more importantly, respect
her as the leader of the classroom. For a person of her age, she has had many opportunities to
serve in leadership roles, Those experiences have taught her how to read situations and people,
identify solutions, and direct others toward a common resolution.
Thave worked in higher education for more than 26 years at two institutions in Northeast Ohio.
Both Hiram College and Malone University, my current employer, have respected education
programs and produce many talented young professionals who go into teaching positions in
Northeast Ohio and beyond. Kaylei is among the most prepared teaching candidates I have
known,
If hired, Kaylei will enhance the lives of students and will quickly become one of your districts
most dependable and impactful teachers.
I'm happy to provide more information on Kaylei if that will be helpful. Do not hesitate to call or
write,
i? Ba
