ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

It is important that the entire BHM student must expose to the industrial industry in
order to be familiar with the working environment in the hotel, and to be aware about
the hotel culture. Thus this report is entirely based upon my experience, study and
observation in the hotel industry including every detail I have gathered and gained.
First of all, I would like to express my deepest sense of gratitude to my honorable
director of White House School of Hotel Management, Mr. Basant Prasad Joshi, Mr.
Anil Malik (General Manager), Mr. Jayesh Rimal (HRM) and Ms. Pratikshya Rana,
(training manager) of Radisson Hotel Kathmandu who has provided me the
opportunity to carry out my first industrial exposure at the five star rated hotel named
Radisson Hotel, Kathmandu dated from 15th May, 2014 to 15th November 2014.
My sincere thanks goes to all the department staff, who were so friendly and
cooperative during my training period and help me to learn and discover the joy of
being the part of a hospitality industry. Afterwards Mr .Krishna Datta Awasthifor their
constant guidance and support to make me understand this report.
