- Worked with the ACHA by conducting original primary source research to ultimately

write a thesis paper and design academic podcasts regarding the Crisis of 1819, free
banking and bank entry in the 19th century, dealing with economic strains due to the
War of 1812, and how local and federal banks were created and chartered and the
effect that had nationwide.
