Dear Sir;

With reference to the above subject and our telephone discussion with your staff, Engr.
Edgar Arellano, we are submitting herewith our quotation for Two (2) units pulp sampler for your
evaluation and acceptance.
I.

SUPPLY OF PROCESS EQUIPMENT:

Auxin shall supply for its account process equipment, the engineering design of which is
proprietary to Auxin which shall be fabricated, install and commissioned specific process
equipment and electrical works for the automatic pulp sampler with the following
specification:
18 cutting edge
4 pipeline horizontal
0 30 min. cutting
100 200 gpm
Specific gravity 1.2 1.3

II.

PRICE:

Our price inclusive of VAT for the above scope of work for the 2 units pulp sampler in lump
sump is ONE MILLION THREE HRUNDRED SIXTY FIVE THOUSAND ( P 1,365,000.00)
Pesos only.
II. BILLING AND TERMS of PAYMENT:
Due to volatile material pricing, we would like to ask for a 50% down payment and balance
of 30% upon delivery and 20% upon commissioning.

III. COMPLETION:
Fabrication, installation, test-run of all process equipment operated singly and as a complete
system upon commissioning before turn-over shall entail a period of forty five (45) calendar
days from receipt by Auxin of Notice to Proceed and down payment.
We trust the foregoing Terms of Reference adequately promotes our mutual interests and we
appreciate very much this proposal merit your approval.
