    Sharing experience in applying for the HKSAR No Criminal Conviction Certificate:

    Fill in the Form provided by Vietnam Consulate in Hong Kong together with the applicants passport.

    The Vietnam Consulate in Hong Kong will issue a letter to Hong Kong Police.

    Submit the letter to the Hong Kong Police, pay the charge and get fingerprint.

    The Certificate will be sent from the Hong Kong Police to Vietnam Consulate General. Applicant will collect the Certificate at Vietnam
    Consulate General.
