Your directions were very exacting and direct.


They moved into groups fairly quickly. You used the signal of lights off to
remind them of the posted directions that they could refer to if the forgot
the process.
You circulated fairly quickly, checking on students and helping them when
needed. Remember to move quickly the first round to make sure everyone
has what is needed to do that task, including a partner. The second time
around the room can be slower.
Why were 2 kids on the computers? ELLs? How does a teacher make sure
these kids dont get lost in the shuffle?

You began with a review of multiplication facts and extended facts.
You demonstrated the game with playing cards. The steps were many and
complicated. They paid attention but WOW! You remembered to have them
tell you the steps.
The time to wrestle prompt made it fun.
You posted the steps so they had something to which to refer if they
couldnt figure out what to do.
Did anyone do the 3 digit version?
You used the light signal again at the end. Kids were still moving and some
were out of range.
