students, which simultaneously developed vocabulary, grammar, and basic
conversation skills
Conducted a unit study on the Spanish Conquest for Spanish 5 students,
which involved a web quest, a skit, and a group discussion of two important
works of literature from the time period
Utilized SMART board technology and PowerPoint to enhance instruction with
visual aids and review activities
Created reusable bulletin board for verb conjugations which students could
use as a resource for each unit
Established reward system for good behavior, which promoted a classroom
