MOTION TO WITHDRAW
Now comes Movant, Edwin J. Belz, attorney for the Defendant, Tammy
Goldmann, and moves this Honorable Court to withdraw as attorney for Defendant, and
for reasons states as follows:
1) That there has been a complete breakdown in communication between the
Movant and Defendant herein;
2) That Defendant, Goldmann, has indicated to our office she does not wish to
have us continue to represent her;
3) Defendant, Goldmann, is hereby notified that Defendant will have 28 days
after motion is granted to either file her own appearance or retain a new
attorney to file an appearance on her behalf.

Wherefore Movant, Edwin J. Belz, prays this Honorable Court allow him to
withdraw as attorney in the above entitled matter instanter.
