CPT (Current Procedural Terminology) coding level by 10%.
3. Decrease Exposure to Medical Liability: Efficiently and accurately transmit
prenatal data from the office to the hospital labor and delivery suite through a
secure fax transmittal system.

**Goal 1. Improving quality, safety, efficiency and reducing health
disparities**
Improved quality by better meeting the needs of their patients with a new EHR
system this therefore decreased the need for patients wanting to switch providers.
**Goal 3. Improve care coordination**
The CPOE system encompassed e-prescribing, lab orders, X-Ray orders, nursing
entries
Internal messaging system that allowed for increased communication among
members of the healthcare team.
NO MORE PAPER- Records became instantly available for review via the EMR.

Federal HIT Strategic Plan 2015-2020 goals-Collect, Share, and Use
Reporting: The structured data permits queries against open and closed
assessments, drug
history, family history, and etc.
By using structured data and a SQL server The EHR fully interfaced with other
vendors and kept the data secure.

innovative technologies and solutions

**The government collaborates with standards-setting organizations to ensure


that health IT products and solutions can use standards necessary to integrate
and share person-generated health data across platforms and resources**
