Dear Mrs Jourov,

the situation about which I decided to inform you is serious, so I will be short.
My case was well-known to your predecessors Mrs Reding and Mrs Reicherts, since I`ve sent them
several official letters with vast documentation concerning it (complete correspondence with Mrs
Reding`s and Mrs Reicherts`s office is available on the links at the end of this official letter).
In few words, I am an EU citizen from Croatia (unemployed archaeologist and art historian) who
lost almost 1/2 of his body-weight in a series of hunger strikes, demanding from Croatian Bar Association
to solve my 2 disciplinary reports sent to them on March 13 and September 13, 2012.
In the meantime, several Croatian institutions issued official documents which are proving that all
my relevant statements and demands are correct, as well as legally founded: the Police, Ministry of
Finance, Croatian Helsinki Committee and several other NGO for the protection of human rights.
However, the most important of these documents is the verdict issued in my favor on May 26,
2014 by Municipal Violation Court at Stari Grad, which I have sent to your predecessor Mrs Reding on
June 10, 2014, together with an official letter summarizing the complete case.
Still, even after that verdict in my favor, which is proving that my behaviour towards the Croatian
Bar Association (CBA), and their member Dijana Zorii was logical and legaly correct, CBA is still refusing
to solve my two disciplinary reports, because I haven`t gave their disciplinary persecutor Predrag Laban
the bribe which he demanded me for solving my case.
I have reported all that to the state attorney (USKOK BCCOC), already in January 2013, but they
are -- in the manner of a criminal organization typical for the functioning of Croatian judiciary in general
(the fact well-known to the EC from Perkovi-case /also known as a Lex Perkovi case/ which caused
deep, serious crises in the relations between Croatia, EU and Germany, lasting for several months in 2013,
and other similar, but less known examples) --- protecting their colleagues private attorneys (=lawyers)

with obvious vulgar lies , and they are doing so even after the court issued the verdict in my favour (see
letter to Mrs Reding sent on June 10, 2014!).
In my previous official letters, I have already sent to your predecessors Mrs Reding and Mrs
Reicherts most of documentation about all that criminal activities of the CBA and USKOK BCCOC (see
especially my first official letter sent on July 3, 2013., p. 6, ad: 7).
In the attachment of this official letter I am sending you, in a printed form and on a CD, all relevant
documents proving radically corrupt behavior of USKOK BCCOC`s head officials Andreja Vrani and
Tamara Lapto, who decided not to answer on my two inquieryes about my criminal report KR-US-1/13

which inquiries were sent to her on June 7, 2014 and December 1, 2014 (see here Addition 4) ,
additionally proving by that uncivilised and illegal conduct how radical and raw corruption in Croatian

Dear Mrs Jouriov, with this kind of radically corrupt behavior - not solving disciplinary cases
because they haven`t received expected or even (as in my case) requested bribery - the officials of CBA
have became responsible for as much 5 suicides and 1 murder (sic!) in the last 2-3 years, as I have
already informed your predecessor Mrs Reding in my official letters sent on July 3, and July 31, 2013.
Still, since they are well interconnected with state attorney`s office by close family ties (for cases
of Mrs Ecija Baji and Mr [eljko] ganjer see My official letter to Mrs Reicherts sent on August 21, 2014),
they can sleep well, knowing that their radically corrupt behavior is not going to be persecuted, ever.
By making me to begin series of hunger strikes in order to draw public attention on my case in
which I am a victim of CBA`s official`s asking for bribery for his volunteerimg conduct, CBA officials have
irreparably destroyed my health, so now, after I have consulted lawyers on that mater, one of two
conditions for ending my current hunger strike is CBA`s paying of compensation for my destroyed health -- which compensation I was not asking for the first 8 months of my hunger strikes, but I demanded it only
after from the medical reports became clear that I have to became an invalid (removing of the gallbladder
due to high cancer risk) --- and which in the meanwhile was pumped up by CBA`s persistence in illegal
behavior up to the level of more than 3/4 of CBA`s yearly income from members contribution to the Bar.
I have to especially stress out that this compensatory demand was known to the Municipal
Violation Court at Stari Grad, and that the court by its verdict directly confirmed my request as legally
correct (see about that my Open letter to the CBA sent on June 2, 2014 attached to the official letter sent
to Mrs Reding on June 10, 2014. The verdict is also enclosed there.).
This official letter is in fact my request as EU citizen founded on the basis of the
documents already sent to Mrs Reding and Mrs Reicherts, and on the basis of the documents
provided here in the printed form and on a CD that you send already formed EU Monitoring

Commission both to USKOK BCCOC (concearning my unsolved criminal report sent on January
10, 2013 = KR-US-1/13) and to the CBA (concearning my 2 unsolved disciplinary reports sent on
March 13 and September 13, 2012) because in both of that cases it will be very easy to irrefutably
prove conduct of their officials in the manner of a criminal organisation, although both CBA and
USKOK - BCCOC should be piers of the rule of law in Croatia, but they are exactly the opposite!
Because of necessity of informing several instances about the progress of the situation in my case,
I have started my final hunger strike on December 23, 2014, but I had to stop it twice with taking sugar
(turkish hunger strike) because of necessity of writing some additional official notes (see Additions of
this official letter).

I am also sincerely asking you that - in the case of my death in a hunger strike (which death is now
due to my compensatory request in CBA`s direct interest, especially to its high officials who caused this
situation with their illegal conduct, and can therefore be sued by the CBA itself: Predrag Laban, Leo
Andreis, Robert Trava: see details in my Notification to the CBA sent on September 5, 2014, enclosed in
the attachment of this official letter as Addition 1) of which you will be informed by Croatian associations
for the protection of human rights which are familiar with my case you send a copy of my official
communication with your office as well as all enclosed documentation (CD sent on July 3, 2013) to the
Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe (address: Rue Joseph II 40/8, Bruxelles), so that CBA could be
disbarred from its membership for the reason of repetitious malpractice and obvious radical corruption,
so they won`t be able to send to death nobody else after me. They have to be stopped, because by their
illegal conduct - they are already responsible for at least 1 murder and 5 suicides, as I already explained.
Dear Mrs Jourov, please stop CBA and USKOK - BCCOC in their further sawing of death!
I will inform Croatian human rights activists about this request, and I expect your conduct on this
request to show was Croatian joining the EU the act for the real benefit of the Croatian citizens, or not.

Ujedno podsjedam na injenicu da zastara na HOK-ovo rjeavanje mojih disciplinskih prijava poslanih 13. 3. i 13. 9. 2012. nastupa
30. 9. 2014.5, te ako HOK ne bude ispotovao svoju zakonsku obavezu rjeavanja tih prijava u navedenome roku, moje potraivanje
naknade tete (u sluaju da HOK bude htio da kada se naem na samrti, prekinem trajk) valjat de pomnoiti s 10 (deset), pa bi u tom
sluaju navedeno potraivanje naraslo do iznosa petogodinjih HOK-ovih prihoda od komorskog doprinosa, to bi ak i za takvu organizaciju
kao to je HOK bio znatan iznos, pa se nadam da de odgovorne osobe HOK-a - dredi se zakona i propisa sprijeiti takav slijed dogaaja.
Kao to je poznato, HOK je nerjeavanjem njihovih disciplinskih prijava u zadnje dvije godine ak petero hrvatskih graana

Meu njima su bili i pok. Ivo Juid i pok. Ivo Skorin, obojica oevi po troje djece. Obzirom na tu injenicu, nije
ni udno da je poznati urednik HTV-a Branimir Bilid za tragino stanje u Hrvatskoj u travnju ove godine na naoj nacionalnoj televiziji
HTV(!) javno prozvao (i) odvjetnike mafijake strukture (link: http://www.scribd.com/doc/219670871/HTV-o-krivici-ODVJETNI%C4%8CKIH-MAFIJA%C5%A0KIH-STRUKTURA-zapotpunu-devastaciju-hrvatskoga-dru%C5%A1tva ) koje ne bi mogle postojati kada ih za nadlena disciplinska tijela HOK-a na ovdje opisani i brojne druge
naine ne bi (godinama) titila, to se vrlo jasno pokazalo (i) u sluaju Darka Zadre.6
Istu tu taktiku kojom je ove jadne i od svih prevarene ljude umiljajem naveo na suicid, HOK je rutinski ponovio i u mom
sluaju, odbijajudi rijeiti moje disciplinske prijave od 13. 3. i 13. 9. 2012., pojaavi u mom konkretnom sluaju psihiki pritisak (kakav je
petoricu ljudi prethodno naveo na samoubojstvo) i neodgovaranjem tj. ogluhama na preko 50 mojih dopisa (dostupni na mojoj stranici
na Scribdu: http://www.scribd.com/Ante%20Vrankovi%C4%87) nastojedi naknadno takvo svoje neetino i nezakonito postupanje
opravdati svojim brojni kaznenim djelima poinjenim na moju tetu (temeljem relevantnih javnih isprava tj. dokazne dokumentacije
najvede pravne snage sve je to (Labanove i Andreisove drske klevete u medijima i dr.), detaljno opisano u mom Dopisu HOK-u od 28. 2. 2013.,

U toj se kriminalnoj ikani drskodu svojega postupanja osobito istakao prijanji predsjednik HOK-a dr. Leo Andreis: protiv

2 i 3), pa je Andreis, nakon to njegova podlost nije urodila plodom (nije me navela da odustanem, niti me navela na suicid) i fiziki nasrnuo
na mene (Prilog 4). No, Andreis me niti time nije uspio slomiti.
Ovakvo Andreisovo pojaavanje pritiska na mene (pritisak HOK-a na mene je, kako smo vidjeli, u ovom asu daleko iznad koliine
pritiska koja je Skorina, Juida i druge navela na suicid!) ne udi, obzirom da je kako sam to u prethodnim dopisima detaljno obrazloio
radi mojeg zahtjeva za naknadom poinjene mi tete7 HOK-u, a osobito njegovim za nastalu tetu odgovornim dunosnicima Andreisu,
Labanu, i Travau (od kojih HOK moe kasnije sudski traiti obetedenje!) moja smrt sada u neposrednom materijalnom interesu!
Stoga ako HOK u asu kada moj ivot postane neposredno ugroen bude pokuao i dodatno pojaati pritisak na mene nudedi
mi pladanje naknade za poinjenu tetu u obliku rente, ili ucjenjujudi me, nudedi mi pladanje manje odtete od iznosa kojeg su svojim
ustrajnim nezakonitim radom njegovi dunosnici (jer Labanu nisam dao traeni mito8,) nabili do razine osjetno preko polovice iznosa
HOK-ova godinjeg prihoda od komorskog doprinosa svojih lanova (sve opisano u prethodnoj komunikaciji, dostupnoj na linkovima:

takvo de krajnje maliciozno nastavljanje pritiska na mene i obezvrjeivanje moga zdravlja i tete koja mi je umiljajem poinjena (trajni
invaliditet!) imati za posljedicu jedino to da de moje cjelokupno odtetno potraivanje od HOK-a od toga asa valjati pomnoiti sa 2 (dva), a
u sluaju moje smrti u trajku glau, osoba koja bi mi s takvim prijedlogom pristupila (o emu de odmah biti informirane relevantne
udruge i mediji) postat de - uz Labana, Andreisa i Travaa - su-odgovorna za moju smrt.
Na koncu, ponavljam da sam voljan odustati od svojeg cjelokupnog potraivanja za od strane HOK-ovih dunosnika uniteno mi
zdravlje, ukoliko se netko od lanova HOK-ova Upravnog odbora mojih godina dovede u stanje: polipoze na unjaku (nuno vaenje i
doivotni invaliditet!) bradikardije, hipoglikemije, hipokalemije, oteknuda jetre, bakterijske upale, stresa, u mjeri u kojoj sam to bio
doveden ja samo zato jer HOK-ovu disciplinskom tuitelju Predragu Labanu nisam htio dati mito za rjeavanje moje prijave, koji me on
zatraio.
Ponavljam i da sam spreman HOK-u (koji je po rijeima J. rnka i T. Abel do 2002. godine uglavnom funkcionirao na zakonit i
astan nain9) pomodi da od krivaca za nastalo stanje i nunost naknade tete za uniteno mi zdravlje, naknadno povrati navedena
sredstva, jer ne elim da cijela organizacija snosi posljedice nezakonitog rada nekolicine pojedinaca.
Ponavljam i da renta za poinjenu mi tetu ili bilo kakvo umanjivanje tj. obezvrjeivanje iste tete ne dolazi u obzir, ne samo
stoga to HOK vode ljudi kojima se ne moe vjerovati, nego i stoga to je i ovakav, od HOK-a svjesno nabijen iznos - kako bi me se time
prikazalo ludim, a to su specijalistika ispitivanja pobila 10 sasvim u skladu sa sudskom praksom, obzirom na injenicu da mi je teta (invaliditet!)

Probably because my organism is now used to successive hunger strikes started in 2012, it is possible that this strike will last
until October, although it is more likely that my body will come in a state of dying during September. As a precautionary measure, following

reports submitted on the March 13, and September 13, 2012 is starting after September 30, 201411,, and if the CBA will not fulfill its legal
obligation to resolve both of my disciplinary reports by the specified deadline, my request for the compensation of damages will (if CBA will
want me to end my hunger strike, before the moment of death) be necessary to multiply by 10 (ten), so in this case the request will arise to
the amount of CBA's five-year contribution of its members to Bar, which even for an organization such as CBA would be a considerable
amount, so I hope that the responsible officials of the CBA - adhering to laws and regulations - will prevent this turn of events.

As it is well known, CBA's rejection to resolve their disciplinary reports led to the suicide five Croatian citizens in the last two

Among them were Ivo Juid and Ivo Skorin, both of them fathers of three children. Considering this fact, it is not surprising that the
famous editor of Croatian National Television (HTV) Branimir Bilid in April this year, speaking on Croatian national television HTV(!) for
the tragic situation in Croatia publicly accused "lawyer`s mafia structures" (link: http://www.scribd.com/doc/219670871/HTV-o-krivici-ODVJETNI%C4%8CKIHMAFIJA%C5%A0KIH-STRUKTURA-za-potpunu-devastaciju-hrvatskoga-dru%C5%A1tva). It is clear that such a structures could not exist if the competent
disciplinary bodies of the CBA were not protecting them for years, as we have seen in the case of of Darko Zadro.12
That same tactic by which CBA led these poor and from all deceived people to commit suicide, CBA routinely repeated in my
case also, by its refusal to solve my disciplinary reports of March 13 and September 13, 2012, intensifying in my particular case
psychological pressure (which led five previously mentioned persons to commit suicide) by not responding on over 50 of my official
letters (all of them available on my page on Scribd: http://www.scribd.com/Ante%20Vrankovi%C4%87) trying later to "justify" their
unethical and illegal actions against me by numerous criminal acts (based on the relevant public documents, ie. supporting documentation
of highest legal force all this (Laban`s and Andreis`s public defamations in the media, etc.), is described in detail in my Official letter sent to the

knowingly further and further enhanced the psychological pressure at me, apparently hoping that I will (as of late. Ivo Skorin and late. Ivo
Juid and others) - "brake" (="snap).
In this criminal chicane, with the arrogance of his actions, was especially distinguished the former president of the CBA dr. Leo
Andreis: he falsely reported me to the police, but the police have officially confirmed that his report was unfounded ie. false (see
Appendix 2-3), so Andreis, after his villainy was proved to be fruitless (not causing me to give up, nor leading me to commit suicide) also
physically attacked me - (Appendix 4). But Andreis failed to break me by that.
This intensifying of Andreis`s the pressure on me (CBA`s pressure on me, as we have seen, at this point was far above the
amount of pressure that Skorin, Juid and others led to suicide!) is not surprising, given that - as I have proved in my previous official letters
to CBA (all available on Scribd) because of my request for the compensation of committed damages13, my death it is now in CBA`s - and
in particular in its officials responsible for that damages Andreis, Laban, and Trava (from which CBA can seek compensation on the court!)
- direct material interest!
So if CBA at the moment when my life becomes endangered will try to increase the pressure on me even further, offering me
payment of compensation for the damage done to me (just because I have not given to Laban the bribes he required me14) in the form of
annuity, or blackmailing me by offering to pay me smaller compensation for the damages than is the amount pumped up with their
persistent illegal work to the level of more than half of the amount of CBA`s annual revenue from the Bar contribution of its members (all

of my health and damages that we intentionally committed (permanent disability!) will have the result that my compensatory request from
the CBA, from that moment on will be multiplied by two (2), and in the case of my death in the hunger strike, a person which would have
commit such a immoral proposal (of which would be immediately informed all relevant associations and the media) will become - with
Laban, Andreis and Trava - co-responsible for my death.
Finally, I repeat that I am willing to give up of my entire compensatory request for my destroyed my health (destroyed by CBA's
if some member of the CBA's Steerig Committee of my age leads himself to the state: the gallbladder polyps (necessarily extraction
and lifelong disability!) bradycardia, hypoglycemia, hypokalemia, liver swelling, bacterial infections, stress, to the extent that I was brought
just because I did not wanted to give CBA's disciplinary prosecutor Predrag Laban the bribes he required me to solve my disciplinary report.

Izvanraspravno vijee zagrebakog upanijskog suda prihvatilo je jamevine, a popodne su je u

gotovini uplatili svi osim Branka Mihaljeviakoji je sudu ponudio dvije nekretnine.
Bandievi odvjetnici u jednom trenutku danas nisu uope htjeli rei hoe li ili nee uplatiti jamevinu,
no ubrzo se proulo da je jamevina plaena u iznosu 15 milijuna kuna.
Do tog iznosa doli su tako to je Bandiev odvjetnik Marijan Hanekovi digao je kratkoroni kredit
kako bi njegov klijent mogao izai na slobodu.

O ovom vaem postupanju koje je u sluaju prijavljene vam lanice Dijane Zorii identino vaem
ranijem postupanju u sluaju Darka Zadre, kojeg ste takoer titili ak 10 godina (2002. 2011.), sve dok nije
usmrtio Jaku Denicha, obavijestit u nadlene instance u Bruxellesu i dr., jer je sada postalo oito da Hrvatska
odvjetnika komora (HOK) svojim nedjelovanjem svjesno pomae lanicu Zorii u nastojanju da svojim
ikanoznim pritiskom nakon majine izazove i moju smrt, ta da HOK na taj zvjerski nain pokuava izbjei

previous conduct in the case of Darko Zadro, which you have also protected for 10 years (2002 to 2011), i. e.
until he killed Jaka Denich, I will inform the relevant instances in Brussels et al., because now it has become
obvious that the Croatian Bar Association (CBA) knowingly assists to its member Zorii in her effort to sen me
to death as she sent ouer mother by makong her to commit suicide, and that the CBA is, in this beastly way
