Summary :

Today each and every business is under merciless rivalry, same is with Real Estate. Anybody can discover empty and un-rented
properties in enormous urban communities. A company without proper marketing plan generally fails. A Real estate company must
analyze the market using different model i.e. PEST, PORTER FIVE FORCES, SWOT to understand the competitiveness of the
market which would provide us with strategic view so as to shape the company strategy or to enter into new business or in
expansion of the business in the same industry. An inductive approach is employed in parallel with a qualitative research method in
this thesis. Data is collected from various sources, including: books and journals in the theoretical framework, and legal documents,
newspapers, published real estate reports, personal observations, and the companys unpublished reports in the empirical study.
Today, end-users look down on a project that gives them what they want within their budgets which can be influenced by the
promotional tools which a builder uses to create a competitive edge. Real estate Industry is very volatile industry which is effected
macro-environment as well as micro-environment like Political and legal, economic, demographic, rivalry, barriers etc. thus it has
to be studied analyzing each environment which can have effect on the real estate industry.
