Demonstrates continuous efforts to improve operations, minimize equipment downtime,
streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality
seamless customer service.
Exhibits a solid working knowledge of PC's, networks, routers, MS operating systems and
application software.
Ensures all broadcast related equipment installed in live trucks is maintained, including
telescopic mast systems, microwave transmission equipment, safety interlocks, and
pan/tilt controls.
Ensures all facilities and work environments are maintained in a safe manner in
compliance with OSHA standards.
Maintains a professional working relationship with vendors, contractors, clients and all
employees of the Washington Post Newsweek stations.

Coordinates equipment, supplies or services to adequately provide for all maintenance or
