Appinment Latter

In exercising the power vested in him by the President, Hon. Director is pleased to appoint Mr.
Dharmeshkumar Kantilal Patel as Lecturer in MBA at Oxford School of Management with
consolidated pay 12,000/- per month on the following terms and conditions.

1.

That his appointment is strictly as per rules and regulations of Oxford School of
Management.
2. That his appointment is temporary and will not confirm any right or entitlement or any
absorption of any vacancy if it accures, which will be filled up on the basis of relative
merit of the eligible applicant.
3. That he shall be entitled to leave as per the rules prescribed for the employees by the
Oxford School of Management from time to time.
4. That he shall not take any part in active politics.
5. That he shall not terminate his employement without giving required notice in writing or
salary in lieu of such notice.
6. That if his service not found satisfaction, he will terminated by giving notice as required
as per regulation.
7. That he will not engage himself in private tuition.
8. That he shall engage training programme for the improvement of his academic
knowledge and skill and also for updating his industrial exposure.
9. That his any action which tarnishing the image of the Institution may invite serious
disciplinary action leading termination of his service.
10. That he will not be permited to leave the service during the middle of the term.
