    Pre-computed designs already ensure:
    Froude number less than 0.5
    Adequate measurement accuracy at Qmin
    Adequate measurement accuracy at Qmax

    User must check:


    Freeboard at Qmax
    Submergence at Qmax
    Submergence at Qmin
    Lengths of flume components
