Attended Burst workshop at District Office.
Implemented Burst program to struggling 1st grade readers.
Progressed Monitored students to see if they have improved or if different intervention was needed.
Used pacing guides and DesCartes: A Continuum of Learning to create unique lessons fix for struggling math students in 1 st3rd grade.
Used LCAS learning survey to get to know my students learning styles. I need to teach the way they learn best.

Used assessment data and DesCartes: A Continuum of Learning to design small group mini-lessons to provide lowperforming students with further instruction.
