Dear Ms. Jones:
We do in fact have a room open at that time, and we would be delighted to have you and your guests join
us.
1. The room available is called the Hilltop room. It would be available from 8:00 AM-4:00 PM on
April 15, and can hold up to 300 guests. It also has a beautiful view overlooking the campus.
2. We also do have audiovisual equipment available to you. Education is highly valued here at The
Mountain Top Inn & Suites, so we would offer you a 50% discount for access to our equipment.
For $75, you would have access to our projector (the screen alone is free), and our guest
services manager, Ron Reynolds, would be able to help you set it up the day of the event. To set
this up, you may contact him at 555-1101.
3. Here are our available lunch options (all including tax and gratuities, as well as water, lemonade,
and tea):
a. A spaghetti dinner, with a salad and breadsticks for sides. This option is $15.
b. A fried chicken dinner with mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, and rolls. This is $18.

For only an extra $3 per plate, you may also add a dessert bar to these. This includes a
cookie assortment (sugar, chocolate chip, and peanut butter) and brownies.

There is more information and pictures of your future room on our website. Its a great venue and we cant
wait to hear from you. In order to confirm, we ask that you reserve your event by March 15, 2014. The
room will be held for you until then.
